This contract aims to provide an updated service for diagnosis and maintenance of the hardware used in the daily preparation of the Bulletin, as well as a contingency system in case of incidents with the Bulletin's computer equipment, and a technical advisory and incident resolution service for the software used in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
