Ronneby kommun planerar att etablera ett museum och besöksmål av internationell klass med utgångspunkt i berättelsen om Gribshunden. Som en del av det fortsatta utvecklingsarbetet utreds olika organisationsmodeller för museets långsiktiga ägande, förvaltning och drift av företaget Living Cities.
