Original Tender Description

<p>Das Hauptziel des Projektes ist es, die langfristig und wirtschaftlich nachhaltige Produktion von Erneuerbarer Energie aus Wasserkraft ab ca. 2030 sicherzustellen. Dies umfasst folgende Teilziele:</p><ol><li>Die Konzession für die Nutzung der Wasserkraft wird für die Kraftwerke Obertöss und Niedertöss für mindestens weitere 40 Jahre und zu wirtschaftlich tragbaren Rahmenbedingungen gesichert. Zudem muss für den Rückbau der Anlagen nach Konzessionsende eine Rückstellung gebildet werden können.
