Bakgrunn Stryn kommune skal utarbeide ny kommuneplanens arealdel (KPA). Kommuneplanens samfunnsdel ble vedtatt i 2024 og ligger fast som overordnet ramme for arbeidet. Gjeldende arealdel er fra 2006 og er ikke tilstrekkelig oppdatert for dagens behov og føringer. Planarbeidet er omfattende og komplekst.
