Original Tender Description

The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of hematology tests with the provision of a 5-part differential analyzer for the needs of the clinical diagnostic laboratory of SIA “Jūrmalas slimnīca” within 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of the contract coming into force, in accordance with the technical specification-technical-financial offer of the regulations. The subject of the procurement is not divided into parts, as it provides for the supply of one type of laboratory goods to one customer, and the division of the subject of the procurement into parts is technologically inefficient, as the procurement forms a single contract subject - the supply of hematology tests with the provision of a 5-part differential analyzer. Planned contract execution time and place: 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of commencement of fulfillment of contractual obligations or the moment when the total contract amount excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. Delivery place: Vienības prospekts 19/21, Jūrmala, LV-2010.
