Original Tender Description

BIM wishes to invite tenders for the assessment of polar lipids through post prandial assessment of polar lipids on humans. This work would include the scale up of extraction of polar lipids from selected species of fish yielding the highest polar lipid concentration and bioavailability, encapsulation of such lipid, and organising a postprandial trial on humans to assess the effectiveness of the polar lipid against platelet aggregation.
