Rental of Hydrogen Refueling Station

The purpose of the procurement is to provide the Customer with an operational hydrogen refueling station for refueling vehicles with compressed gaseous hydrogen at nominal refueling pressures of 350 bar and 700 bar. The station must provide a refueling capacity of at least 50 kg of hydrogen per 24-hour period, including all necessary technological functions, such as compression, storage, supply, safety control, management, and refueling. Within the scope of the rental service, the Tenderer must provide a full range of services, including equipment delivery, installation, connection, adjustment, commissioning, user training, warranty service, planned maintenance, remote monitoring, fault repair throughout the contract period, as well as equipment dismantling after project completion. The subject of the procurement is the rental of one fully functional hydrogen refueling station or a containerized/modular solution intended for placement at the Customer's specified location. The Tenderer may offer an integrated solution with external hydrogen supply at a pressure of 200 bar or a technically and functionally equivalent solution, provided that the performance, safety, and functionality specified in this technical specification are fully ensured. The proposed station must be designed for safe and continuous operation, complying with all applicable regulations, technical standards, and occupational safety requirements. All references in this document to a specific manufacturer, model, type, technology, or origin are considered solely as functional and technical references to describe a solution that meets the Customer's needs. The Tenderer is entitled to offer a technically and functionally equivalent solution if it ensures a performance, safety level, reliability, and operational suitability no lower than that specified in the specification. The proposed hydrogen refueling station must be fully equipped and ready for use according to its intended purpose. The solution must include all necessary equipment, systems, software, control elements, and safety solutions required for the hydrogen refueling process. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the proposed solution is technically compatible, safe to operate, and suitable for the operating conditions specified by the Customer. As a result of the procurement, the Customer must receive a ready-to-use, safe, and technically functional hydrogen refueling station that ensures vehicle refueling with compressed gaseous hydrogen at 350 bar and 700 bar pressures throughout the contract period, as well as full technical and service support.
