4. Předmětem smlouvy je provozní podpora uživatelů, správa koncových zařízení, virtuálních serverů, sítí, bezdrátové infrastruktury, kamerových a přístupových systémů, úložišť a záloh, cloudových služeb, monitoringu, webových aplikací a jejich hostingu, dokumentace a související kybernetické bezpečnosti. Služby budou poskytovány pro všechny objekty a pobočky zadavatele, a to vč. poboček případně nových, které budou případně začleněny do organizace zadavatele v průběhu platnosti smluvního vztahu.
