Original Tender Description

Le présent marché porte sur la réalisation d'une étude de mobilité visant à apporter des compléments d'analyses et d'actions au Plan communal de mobilité (PCM) existant de la Ville de Tournai. Le premier PCM de Tournai a été élaboré en 2003. Une première actualisation a ensuite été menée entre 2011 et 2015 et approuvée par le Conseil communal en date du 23 novembre 2015. Le PCM constitue un document de planification majeur pour la commune.
