Original Tender Description

Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst waarbij de voorwaarden van de opdracht worden overeengekomen, die zullen worden in acht genomen bij het uitvoeren van de latere opdrachten. De raamovereenkomst schept een contractueel kader met betrekking tot het vastleggen van de voorwaarden van individuele opdrachten, zijnde bestellingen betreffende de leveringen van medisch materiaal die worden uitgevoerd voor Farys, de aandeelhouders/partners van Creat en de deelnemers van Creat Services.
