Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to basic legal requirements with a clear procedure and proper CPV code. The stated urgency for a reduced 10-day opening period is justified by 'Procurement Act 23 regulations', suggesting a basis in law. However, the absence of a reveal date and specified evaluation criteria could pose minor compliance risks.

Missing reveal date
No evaluation criteria specified
Clarity80/100

The description of the required service is clear, and the basic requirements for a single supplier capable of providing the vehicle and maintenance are well-defined. The context of Via East Midlands Limited's operations is also adequately provided.

Completeness70/100

Most essential information like title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration is present. However, the lack of attached tender documents with content or summaries significantly hinders completeness, as bidders cannot fully assess the scope without them.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender appears fair with an open competition procedure and objective criteria implied by the technical requirements. The value is disclosed, and the deadlines, while short, are justified by regulation. There are no obvious signs of tailoring requirements to specific companies.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission and the absence of a direct document URL make the process less practical for bidders. Financing information is also not detailed.

No e-submission specified
No document URL provided
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, and the timeline appears consistent within itself.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is also not indicated as EU funded, suggesting a lack of emphasis on these important modern procurement characteristics.

Not green procurement
No social criteria

Strengths
