Original Tender Description

The project consists of pyrite remediation works and other specified works to the building and its surrounding area. To provide continuity of the Sphere 17 Regional Youth Service for the duration of the existing building works, temporary decant accommodation on the nearby “Belcamp E” site will be required. This needs to be constructed and in operation before the existing building works can commence. The temporary decant accommodation is to be removed upon the completion of the existing building
