The object of this tender is to contract the necessary services to carry out the correct operation, conservation and maintenance of the sanitation systems of the Segrià Group, according to the instructions contained in the Particular Technical Specifications (PPTP) which guarantee the achievement of the quality objectives set therein and which comply with the requirements of Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991, concerning the treatment of urban wastewater and Royal Decree 509/1996, of 15 March, developing Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, of 28 December, which establishes the applicable standards for the treatment of urban wastewater. Likewise, the contracted services must ensure the proper operation, maintenance and conservation of the civil works and electromechanical equipment that guarantee the continuity of the service, avoiding unforeseen stoppages due to breakdowns, and extending the useful life of the installed equipment in accordance with the maintenance specifications set out in the PPTP.
