Der Auftraggeber, die Nerra GmbH, entwickelt auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Ausbesserungswerks der Deutschen Bahn (DB) in Duisburg-Wedau Nord das rund 26 ha große Technologiequartier Wedau (TQW). Auf dem Areal soll ein zukunftsorientierter Wirtschafts-, Technologie- und Innovationsstandort entstehen.
