Original Tender Description

The aim of this contract is to design and develop a new Transport Poverty Hub website, a web platform dedicated to the analysis and visualisation of transport poverty indicators across the European Union (EU). The platform will strengthen the capacity of the Joint Research Centre (JRC) to monitor and evaluate transport accessibility, availability, and affordability, thereby informing effective policymaking and stakeholder engagement.
