Original Tender Description

With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to establish a dynamic procurement system for the purchase of cars, vehicles, and rolling stock. When establishing this dynamic procurement system, the duration has been set at 5 years. In accordance with Section 107 of the Tendering Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend or shorten the 5-year duration of the dynamic procurement system. An extension or shortening of the duration of the dynamic procurement system does not affect the duration of the individual contracts concluded.
