Original Tender Description

De overeenkomst bestaat uit het werkend opleveren en vervolgens ter beschikking stellen van één UCaaS / CCaaS oplossing, inclusief onderhoud en ondersteuning (vanaf nu “de ICT prestatie” ge-noemd).De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal 4 jaar plus de implementatie-fase. De overeenkomst kan daarna nog 3 keer eenzijdig vanuit de opdrachtgever verlengd worden voor een periode van telkens maximaal 2 jaar. Daarbij wordt er aansluitend een transitie verlenging van 12 maanden opg
