Original Tender Description

The purpose of this framework is provide a web based system to manage and control tail end spend through P-Cards and improve compliance for the Higher Education and related sectors. For clarity though supply of products is part of the requirement the essential and critical requirement is the eMarketplace provision to facilitate this. The focus would be on tail end spend not covered by established HE frameworks The list of in scope requirements for software would be: Ability to categorise products Provision of VAT data required Scope for 500+ users per account UNSPEC coding of products desired Workflows for order authorisation Potential for order aggregation Reporting capability by Category, Spend, Supplier size Capability of restrictions by Category, Market Type, Locality or Product Potential for finance system integration Training Account Management Suppliers are advised to register and complete the relevant stages on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) if they wish to participate in and bid for this framework.
