Original Tender Description

The scope of the Contract is replacement of the following systems: Asset Management, Building Safety and Compliance management; Rents and Service Charges management. The Contract will be divided into 2 Lots: Lot 1 - Asset Management, Building Safety and Compliance management; Lot 2 - Rents and Service Charges management. Bidders may submit bids for Lot 1 only, Lot 2 only, or both Lots. Full details of the Services to be provided under the Contract for each Lot are contained in the procurement documents. The Contract for Asset Management, Building Safety and Compliance will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at YH’s discretion for a period of up to 2 years, plus a further period of up to 2 years, plus a further period of up to 2 years, giving a maximum potential term of 9 years. The Contract for Asset Management, Building Safety and Compliance is expected to commence in November 2026. The Contract for Rents and Service Charges will last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at YH’s discretion for a period of up to 2 years, plus a further period of up to 2 years, plus a further period of up to 2 years, giving a maximum potential term of 9 years. The Contract for Rents and Service Charges is expected to commence in November 2026. This procurement procedure follows a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise, undertaken in accordance with Section 6 of the Procurement Act 2023. A summary of the Preliminary Market Engagement exercise is set in the procurement documents. The total estimated values are based on the initial contract duration of 3 years. This tender is being administered on behalf of Yorkshire Housing by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited.
