Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je:  demontáž stávajícího střešního pláště vč. dřevěného krovu, oplechování a podezdívek  vybudování plnohodnotného 2. NP včetně pultové střechy a veškerých vnitřních rozvodů včetně úpravy stávající podlahy půdy – stropu nad stávajícím 1. NP  vybudování veškerých interiérů 2. NP a drobné úpravy v interiérech 1. NP dle PD včetně výměry schodiště do 2. NP  instalace a zapojení FV elektrárny o výkonu cca 7,2 kWp na střeše objektu a jižní fasádě včetně příslušens
