Součástí zakázky je vybudování oddílné dešťové kanalizace a systému pro sběr a akumulaci dešťových vod, které budou následně využívány jako zdroj technologické vody. Cílem zakázky je snížení spotřeby pitné vody, zvýšení podílu opětovného využití technologické vody a dešťových vod a podpora
