Stichting Kempens Landschap wenst, in samenwerking met de Stad Lier, de Zimmersite (bestaande uit de Zimmertoren en het Schippershuis) te restaureren. In 2020 werd er een beheersplan voor de site opgesteld waarin beheerdoelstellingen en prioritering van werkzaamheden zijn opgenomen. Wij zoeken een ontwerper voor fase 1 (gevelreiniging van de Zimmertoren en dakwerken aan het Schippershuis), waarbij nadien de opdracht eventueel uitgebreid zou kunnen worden naar de andere fases zoals voorzien in he
