Udbuddet omfatter bygge- og anlægsentreprisen i forbindelse med etablering af ny forbehandling på Hjørring Renseanlæg. Entreprisen omfatter blandt andet opførelse af ny forbehandlingsbygning, etablering af nyt sandfang samt nødvendige jord-, beton-, funderings-, lednings- og øvrige anlægsarbejder. Arbejderne skal udføres under hensyntagen til renseanlæggets fortsatte drift og i koordinering med de øvrige entrepriser i projektet.
