Dit bestek betreft de aanstelling van een cateraar én horeca-exploitant met exclusiviteit voor het STAM en Muziekcentrum De Bijloke. Het betreft een occasionele gezamenlijke opdracht van het STAM, als onderdeel van AGB Kunsten en Erfgoed Gent, én van Muziekcentrum De Bijloke Gent vzw (hierna ook MDB), als opdrachtgevers.
