Statens vegvesen, heretter kalt Kunden, ønsker å inngå rammeavtaler for konsulenttjenester innenfor fagområdet geomatikk. Geomatikk omfatter GIS, geodata, geodesi og NVDB og er et viktig fagområde hos oppdragsgiver. Det er behov for en rekke tjenester som måling, beregning, systematisering og lagring, forvaltning, analyse og presentasjon av slike data samt systemutvikling av løsninger. Dette kan være datainnsamling med sensorer og maskinlæring.
