Karlskoga kommun söker en yrkesverksam konstnär med erfarenhet av offentlig konst för en konstnärlig gestaltning av Centrumrondellen vid E18. Gestaltningen ska hålla hög konstnärlig kvalitet, samspela med platsen och förstärka upplevelsen av infarten till stadskärnan. Den ska utformas med hänsyn till rondellens funktion som trafikanläggning och vara väl synlig och läsbar från passerande fordon utan att skapa distraktion eller risk för trafikanterna.
