Original Tender Description

Er wordt een beroep gedaan op artikel 2.32 AW, lid 1, sub b, onder 2: geen mededinging om technische complexiteit en financiële redenen. Gemeente Helmond heeft een huidige overeenkomst met Visma Circle B.V. en wil die voortzetten. De gemeente Helmond heeft voorafgaand aan deze aankondiging een marktverkenning uitgevoerd waarbij geconcludeerd is dat in de gegeven omstandigheden feitelijk slechts één partij de opdracht kan uitvoeren zonder onaanvaardbare risico’s voor de continuïteit van de dienst
