Tender Quality Score

This tender for complex repairs and major voids is generally well-structured with clear requirements and a substantial estimated value. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on document content, impacting completeness and clarity.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement regulations, including a clear CPV code and a defined procedure. The estimated value is disclosed, and there are no immediate indications of disputes. The deadline, while provided, is noted as potentially short in the general checks, but without further context on the complexity of the submission, it's difficult to definitively flag as non-compliant.

Clarity80/100

The description of services is reasonably clear, outlining the types of works required (responsive repairs, disrepair jobs, major voids, component replacements) and the objective (safe, compliant, lettable standard). The AI-extracted requirements further detail the expected capabilities. However, the absence of specific evaluation criteria and the lack of content in the tender documents prevent a higher score.

No evaluation criteria specified
Completeness70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and contract duration are present. The CPV code is provided. However, the critical issue of missing tender document content significantly impacts completeness, as bidders cannot fully understand the scope and specific requirements without them. The 'reveal date' is also missing.

No document content available
Missing reveal date
Fairness85/100

The tender is structured as a restricted procedure with a competitive flexible approach, allowing for multiple contractors. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria for exclusion and eligibility are outlined. The requirements appear objective and not tailored to specific companies. The use of e-procurement is implied by the general checks, though not explicitly stated as mandatory.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the general checks indicate a lack of explicit mention of e-submission and financing information, which are crucial for practical execution. The absence of document URLs for accessing the full tender package also hinders practicality.

No e-submission
Document URL missing
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, and deadlines are populated. There are no reported disputes or suspensions. The contract start date aligns with the submission deadline, indicating logical temporal consistency.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus. It is also not indicated as EU funded. This lack of emphasis on sustainability aspects results in a moderate score.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
