Original Tender Description

Procurement of an HRM and Payroll System The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for an HRM and payroll system. The object of the procurement is a system provided as a software service (SaaS), which includes the functionalities of a Master Human Resources Register (the so-called HRM entity) as well as payroll functionalities. The solution must support the different working hour regimes applicable to the employees of the City of Espoo, such as office hours, period-based working hours, and general working hours, as well as different methods of organizing work, i.e., fixed and flexible working hours.
