Oslo kommune ved Sykehjemsetaten har gjennomført et omfattende oppgavedelingsprosjekt i perioden 2024-2025, med utprøving av flere modeller for alternativ organisering og oppgavedeling i kommunale langtidshjem. Noen av modellene er prøvd ut både ble testet ut på enkelte avdelinger, mens noen ble testet ut og på hele institusjoner.
