Sandnes kommune (heretter oppdragsgiver) har gjennomført en markedsundersøkelse hvor den har hatt kravspesifikasjon for FDVU-løsning ute på høring for å se om kravene kan oppfylles av markedet. Resultatet av markedsundersøkelsen er at det kun finnes en leverandør som kan levere i henhold til oppdragsgivers behov. Oppdragsgiver har derfor til intensjon om å inngå en løpende tjenesteavtale med FDVhuset AS for levering av FDVU-løsningen FAMAC. Avtalen inneholder full tilgang til løsningen, samt mul
