Automation of human resources management systems, work time planning, and payroll business processes and data exchange. With this procurement, we aim to replace technologically outdated and poorly integrated human resources and payroll systems, as well as the work time planning system, which will enable the automation of data management, reduce manual work, and decrease the use of Excel. As a result of the procurement, data quality will improve, and the ability to create efficient and reliable human resources reporting will be enhanced. Additionally, the development will enable automatic invoice issuance to the correct invoicing channels for a certain segment of clients.
Within the framework of this procurement, we are seeking bids for the development and integrations of parts of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and OIXIO Baltikumi Palk ja Personal solution. Bids for other (including integrable) systems will be considered outside of this procurement.
