Original Tender Description

The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the year-round operation of a shop on Prangli island, the sale of foodstuffs and essential goods, and the right for the concessionaire to provide various services to the residents and visitors of Prangli island for a period of five (5) years. To this end, the Rural Municipality Government shall grant the successful tenderer (hereinafter referred to as the Concessionaire) the use of the shop building (including the apartment located in the building solely for the purpose of accommodating shop staff), hereinafter referred to as the shop premises, the auxiliary building, and the territory of the property located on Prangli island in Viimsi Rural Municipality, on the Prangli shop property, cadastral code 89001:002:0068 (hereinafter referred to as the Property), as a result of the concession. The shop property also contains a pump house, to which access and its current use must be maintained.
