Original Tender Description

The purpose of this public procurement is to commission an applied research study that will create a knowledge-based foundation for the development and implementation of a data-driven risk assessment and threat forecasting methodology within the areas of activity of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA). The study will assess the possibilities of using existing and potential data sources, as well as automation and artificial intelligence-based solutions, and will develop an implementation action plan.
