The purpose of this procurement is to acquire one powder ingredient feeding and mixing system for use in the food industry, which will be connected to the contracting authority's existing 2100-litre mixing tank and enable the processing of product batches up to 2000 litres.
The primary intended use of the equipment is the rapid, uniform, and lump-free feeding and dispersion of guar gum into a liquid product. In addition, the system must allow for the feeding of salt, spices, stabilisers, and other dry, free-flowing powdered ingredients according to production needs.
The system must include a controllable bypass around the high-shear pump, allowing the product to be recirculated without passing through the high-shear pump and enabling the processing of products containing vegetable pieces up to 3 mm in size.
