Udbudsprocessen omfatter en kontrakt til Ordregivers varetagelse af drift og vedligeholdelse af brændstofanlæg for Billund Lufthavn. Brændstofanlægget er placeret nærtliggende uden for lufthavnsområdet og benyttes af kunder med bil. Det nuværende brændstofanlæg drives af OK a.m.b.a. (OK).
