Agroteenused OÜ (registry code 11205745) is conducting a beneficiary procurement procedure in the Public Procurement Register to determine a reasonable market price for the construction works of a potato storage facility and the ventilation-cooling system to be installed therein, located on the Farmi property (Kurista village, Kastre rural municipality, cadastral identifier 91501:001:0040). The subject of the procurement is the construction of a potato storage facility (built-up area 830.3 m², heated area 812 m²) as a steel-framed gable hall in accordance with Häätare OÜ's preliminary design (work no. 43-2025), including the supply, installation, and commissioning of the ventilation and cooling system to be installed in the building. The activity is financed by the Investment Support for Achieving Environmental and Climate Policy Objectives for Agricultural Enterprises in the 2023–2027 Period (Regulation No. 23, Intervention KK1), contributing to the priority "climate change mitigation and adaptation". Therefore, the offered cooling-ventilation system must be environmentally friendly (freon is not used as a refrigerant).
