The objective of this procurement is to find a partner for the development of an e-course based on Sensoa flag system international materials. The partner shall develop the course content and methodological structure in cooperation with the contracting authority. In addition, the partner shall adapt existing international materials into Estonian and the Estonian context, and create the animated videos, audio materials, and infographic materials necessary for conducting the course.
