The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1: Project Management Support; Lot 2: Plone Maintenance; Lot 3: Microsoft Developments and Maintenance.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS4

MANDATORY EXCLUSION GROUNDS1

--The contracting authority may exclude economic operators who are in any of the situations referred to in Article 136 of Directive 2014/24/EU.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS3

--Bidders must be legally constituted entities.

--Bidders must have the necessary licenses and permits to operate in the relevant jurisdictions.

--Bidders must not be subject to any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS4

--For Lot 1 (Project Management Support): Demonstrated experience in managing complex ICT projects, preferably within public sector or EU institutions.

--For Lot 2 (Plone Maintenance): Proven expertise in Plone CMS maintenance, development, and troubleshooting.

--For Lot 3 (Microsoft Developments and Maintenance): Demonstrated experience in Microsoft technologies, including development and maintenance of Microsoft-based applications.

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS2

--Bidders must demonstrate sufficient financial stability to undertake the contract.
