Izvajalec del gradnje in opreme novih priveznih mest za plovila URSP je izvedel dve dodatni raziskovalni vrtini na kopenskem delu, predvidenem za gradnjo manipulativne ploščadi. Rezultati vrtin nakazujejo prisotnost nosilne zemeljske plasti 2 m nižje kot je bilo ocenjeno na podlagi rezultatov vrtin izvedenih v morju.
