Udbuddet omfatter anskaffelse, etablering og efterfølgende service, dvs. applikationsdrift, support og vedligeholdelse, af et fælles SRO/SCADA-system til Ordregivers 20 forsyningsanlæg samt fysiske udskiftninger af el-udstyr på 12 anlæg. Leverancen gennemføres som en totalentreprise bestående af system, applikationsdrift og fysisk udskiftning. Anskaffelsen omfatter tillige timebaserede konsulentydelser i hele kontraktens løbetid.
