Original Tender Description

The subject of the procurement is development work for terminology solutions. The terminology management module is a component of the data description environment for managing terminology resources. It allows for the creation, management, versioning, publication, and invalidation of code systems, lists, and mappings, and prepares resources based on the HL7 FHIR standard for the terminology server. The module is based on the open-source TermX, but due to additions made over time, the code bases are no longer synchronized. The goal is to analyze updates, bring TermX changes into the management module, and resolve integration and conflict issues. In addition, other developments will be carried out according to priorities via Jira. The estimated cost of the framework agreement is 40,300 euros, with a maximum possible total cost of 59,950 euros. The framework agreement will be concluded with one bidder.
