The Estonian Research Council is procuring a partner to develop and deliver a foresight masterclass training. The aim of the training is to develop participants' knowledge of foresight principles and methods, and practical skills in applying them in strategic planning and policy-making. The procurement includes two training sessions, the first with two contact learning days, and the second with one contact learning day. Both training sessions include time for independent work. The first training session is planned for November-December 2026, and the second for April-May 2027.
