Original Tender Description

The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one partner for the creation of a Health Statistics Information System, which will enable the collection and reception of data from healthcare providers, other companies, and national registers and systems. The aim is to reduce the administrative burden on statistical data providers and the National Institute for Health Development (TAI) in submitting, collecting, and managing statistical data, by using modern technological solutions for the digitalization and automation of business processes, data collection, and data management. The development aims to replace the currently used health statistics and health economic activity statistics collection environment (A-web) and other methods of collecting health statistical data with a modern IT solution. The system analysis and development work will be based on the business analysis conducted in 2025. The estimated cost of the framework agreement is 2,000,000 euros, and the maximum possible total cost is 2,500,000 euros (amounts excluding VAT).
