Avtalene skal dekke OsloMets behov for vikartjenester i stillinger med varighet inntil 6 måneder. Avtalene omfatter følgende kategorier: 1. Administrative stillinger, 2. Økonomi og regnskap, 3.IKT, 4. Eiendom. OsloMet har inngått kontrakt avtale med 3 leverandører. Avrop etter denne avtalen kan skjer etter rangordnings liste basert på. Dersom leverandør nr. 1 ikke har kapasitet, eller ikke kan bekrefte oppdrag innen avtalt responstid, kan oppdragsgiver velge å benytte neste leverandør på listen.
