Original Tender Description

The purpose of this procurement is to find a partner who will develop a further training program, including a methodological solution for the structure of the training, and guidance materials for the Social Insurance Board employees for their independent use in the future. The procurement includes finding trainers, preparing the training, including supplementing the initial curriculum in cooperation with the Client, and conducting the training in cooperation with the selected trainers, as well as developing guidance materials. The need arises from the objective of the Swiss-Estonian Cooperation Programme 'Modernisation of Higher Education and Qualification of Social Sector Specialists and Development of Training and Support Systems' to develop the competencies of specialists involved in training and development activities in the social sector, and from the objective of the Social Insurance Board (hereinafter referred to as SKA) to develop the skills and knowledge of its employees, enabling them to effectively use digital systems and support clients in using digital services, including the creation and management of SKA e-courses.
