Original Tender Description

The subject of this public procurement is the execution of construction works (hereinafter: works) as a general contractor as described in the procurement documents at the following sites: Lot No. 1: Construction works to improve accessibility have been carried out in the building at Keskallee 19, Kohtla-Järve city. A new accessible toilet adapted for special needs and compliant with requirements has been built. The building entrance is equipped with automatic doors. Lot No. 2: In the building at Pärna tn 29, Kohtla-Järve city, a new accessible main entrance has been built to replace the old split-level staircase, and a ramp compliant with requirements has been constructed. Lot No. 3: New entrance doors with automatic opening systems have been installed in the building at Ridaküla tn 4, Kohtla-Järve city, and an accessible entrance in the vestibule has been created.
