Original Tender Description

The aim of this contract is to generate policy-relevant evidence on determinants of support for military spending build-up and EU-level defence cooperation. The Contractor will recruit 8,000 participants across five EU Member States, collect online-survey data in three fieldwork waves and deliver the resulting data to the Contracting Authority. The contract consists of online-survey services: (1) recruitment of subjects; (2) collection of data; and (3) delivery of data.
