Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH: tenders, sectors & how to win their contracts

How to win their contracts

Measured from Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH's own published record — no estimates, no generic advice.

Plan for about 34 days to prepare a bid — that is the median gap between publication and deadline across 6 of their tenders.
They publish about 2.3 tenders a month, measured over 4 months of history.
Half of the tenders where they publish a value are estimated at €1.4m or less.
Most of their buying falls in electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; lighting, it services: consulting, software development, internet and support, mining, basic metals and related products.
Their most frequent suppliers are Siemens AG, RC-DE SI DS Ksl (3), Siemens AG (2), Omexom Energy Projects GmbH (2) — expect to bid against incumbents who already know this buyer.
