How to win their contracts

Measured from La Cité des Congrès de Nantes's own published record — no estimates, no generic advice.

• Plan for about 33 days to prepare a bid — that is the median gap between publication and deadline across 9 of their tenders.
• They publish about 0.4 tenders a month, measured over 50 months of history.
• Half of their 11 awarded contracts are worth €1m or less — size your bid to that range.
• Most of their buying falls in business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing, security, radio, television, communication, telecommunication and related equipment, construction structures and materials; auxiliary products to construction.
